Core Responsibilities

Successfully graduate to full Agent status and complete all licensing requirements
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance measurements
Establish strong rapport with our clients via the telephone to identify needs and present solutions
Present the value of Life Insurance to clients with integrity, professionalism, and knowledge
Successfully qualify and pair customers to the right products that meets their need
Work with Sales Manager(s) to identify strengths and potential coaching opportunities
Work in conjunction with a team designed around gaining full compliance with proper closing procedures
Staying up to date and current with evolving products and product knowledge
Become a positive and influential presence on your team
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Requirements

**Proven successful track record of phone based sales preferred
**Experience operating windows based software within a fast paced environment
**Have a motivated and positive work ethic
**Past experience in quickly analyzing and overcoming complex obstacles
**Ability to quickly identify and locate information across multiple sources
**History of success in reaching goals
**Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
**Possess intermediate math skills
**4 year college degree preferred
**Must be able to qualify for and complete the Insurance State licensing requirements
