This is an exciting opportunity for an all-star sales candidate to get your foot in the door for a great company! This janitorial company based out of Bellevue is seeking a qualified sales person with the ability to sell new janitorial contracts and a new product line.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited):
This company just landed an exclusive product that will provide a high level of service to its clients. They are looking for someone to sell current services as well as this new product to new and existing clients.
Develop new business and upsell existing clients.
Network to create new contract sales.
Connect with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated operations department for further investigation.
Requirements and Qualifications (including but not limited):
Successful candidates will possess the ability to sell new accounts; sell additional services; be proactive and assess where additional detail is needed in order to maintain client satisfaction.
Authoritative in guiding the process towards Sales Goals.
Driven to keep the process moving along as quickly as possible.
Willing to take risks such as cold-calling or experimenting with a new product idea.
Flexible in working with the customer to close the deal in different and possibly unique ways.
Outwardly focused on his audience, intuitively reading them and adjusting his style to meet their needs if he feels it will help advance the process
Comfortable and adept at selling intangibles such as ideas or concepts.
