Our client is a Seattle based company providing on-demand analytics and reports to help customers win against the competition by arming them with the intelligence they need to reach their customers and improve their digital initiatives. They are seeking an Account Executive (AE) to develop and close new business within an assigned vertical (Agency or Brands) market.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting company in the early stages of funding. Successful candidates will be highly motivated self-starters, eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a driving force in the success of the company by achieving individual sales quotas.
Build a sales pipeline through prospecting and inbound lead development.
Manage the sales pipeline by properly assessing opportunities and taking them through each stage of the sales cycle.
Identify and overcome business objections through your product knowledge and business acumen.
Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and web-conference.
Effectively explain the features and benefits of the product to potential customers.
Develop proposals, negotiate, deliver and close contracts.
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools.
Collaborate with your team and other teams within the company to deliver results.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role. (SaaS experience preferred)
Ability to present software and benefits in product demonstrations using a consultative approach
Experience selling marketing software or working in a marketing field, preferred
Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
Excellent listening ability and strong business empathy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Zoho, etc.
Bachelors degree (BS or BA) or equivalent career experience
