Zillow is looking for a proven sales professional to help grow our Mortgage Business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has superior sales, negotiation and client management skills as well as experience in the mortgage industry.

Core Responsibilities:

Make 25+ cold calls daily to Residential Mortgage Lenders to sell advertising space on Zillow
Build long-term relationships with Mortgage Lenders and continually maintain those relationships
Cross-sell Zillow's suite of mortgage products employing a consultative, long-term approach
Negotiate advertising agreements at the VP level and above
Optimize lenders' performance on Zillow through analysis, reporting and coaching
Manage post-sell setup, training, troubleshooting and client management
Collaborate with a cross functional team including sales, product and business intelligence
Continually hit metrics/quotas based on activity levels and revenue goals
Document all activities in Salesforce.com

Requirements:

1-3 years of mortgage experience required
1-3 years of sales experience required with a proven track record of building long-term relationships at the VP level and above
Strong negotiating skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude over the phone and in person
Preferred experience in a long sell cycle
Online advertising sales background is a plus
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
1-3 years of cold call experience preferred
