We are looking for someone who understands if you work hard your commission check will only get larger.
We sell both Personal and Commercial insurance. We currently are looking for someone to focus on the Property and Causalty side of the business. Must have State of Washington license for Property and Causalty. Ideally we want someone with a minimum 1 year.

Salary draw plus commission. We also pay commission for your renewal commission's....not many agency's do this. Renewal commissions will create a great revenue stream for you personally. Salary/commission will be based on experience. If you have experience and want to do straight commission....we can discuss a higher commission rate.
oshort daily activity log updating office manager on prospects
o2 hours of telemarketing a day
ocontact clients to obtain and verify appointments
ocross sell existing clients
ocomply with Allstate RMP's, T-doc and office procedures
oIssue a minimum of 30 P&C items per month and 2 life applications, goals will be adjusted as corporate goals change.
oHandle service work as necessary
oActively train and improve sales and product knowledge skills
oImprove sales of all lines, retention, cross-sell ratio, customer satisfaction & reduce loss ratio while doing service work
oWork week of 40 hours
oWrite all brokered business for the agency that accommodates existing customers (GeoVera, Hagerty, American Modern, Griffen, NE Agencies, NW Agencies, Kathe, etc.)
oFollow up on new clients for survey completion
