Immediate opening for a Full-Time Technical Customer Service and or Account Manager at Colorado Quality Products, LLC a fast paced, innovative, customer and quality focused contract manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic products.

Essential Function:
Under the general supervision of the head of R&D and the company President, the candidate will take a new account leadership role responsible for ensuring that all new accounts are receiving the proper amount of support and attention throughout the formula development process. This critical position will be guided with on-the-job training.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for all in-bound new customer calls and emails. Responsible for obtaining all necessary new customer information.
Responsible for meeting with new customers as they visit CQP. Leading new customer visits and tours of facility.
Responsible for documenting all in-bound formula requests and filling out Product Profile for the lab.
Responsible for maintaining documentation of formula backlog and managing lab formula priorities based on customer demands and communicated timing.
Responsible for rescheduling failed lab samples.
Responsible for monitoring formula development progress in the lab and communicating progress, timelines and expectations with customers.
Expected to work with vendors and use independent research to stay informed on new active ingredients and trends within the industry

Job Requirements:
Must have personal vehicle
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
Above average attention to detail.
Clean, well groomed, professional appearance is a must.

Required Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree.
Passion for cosmetics and personal care is a must.
Understanding of natural skin and hair care market is highly desired.
Candidates with experience in cosmetics and or personal care is highly desired.
Ability to develop or maintain systems and work habits to effectively use time, ensuring completion of tasks/analysis within the expected time frame (Turn Around Time) is accomplished.
Ability to independently prioritize workload and actions effectively.
Strong communications skills are required.
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instruction is required.
Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines, in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must.

Full-Time Position
This is a full-time position that will be eligible for full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K and life insurance) after a standard 90 day intro period.
Initial compensation range dependent on experience.
Hours of operation 7-3:30 M/F.
