The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales and perhaps some retail experience. Property management experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate. However you must be organized, able to multitask as well as diligent and accurate in paper work! Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate easily through basic programs. Quick learners please apply!

JOB REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
* Must be available weekends and holidays
* Flexible schedule a must
* Leasing Office / Warehouses and storage units
* Manage day to day operations of the facility, collecting rents
* Maintaining the property, clean and presentable
* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable car
* Transportation is necessary. You need to be able to float between locations
* Show and rent properties to potential customers
* Ability to answer the phone in a professional manner and assist customers needs
* Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
You will be interfacing heavily with tenants and prospective customers. You must have a clean and neat appearance.
