Manufacturing company is looking for a full time experienced bookkeeper.

Must be QuickBooks certified with at least three years of experience. Must have great organization skills; including phone verbal and written communications.

Job Description:
-QuickBooks experience using 2010 to 2015 version
-Basic computer skills with a proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Word
-Accounting and financial statement knowledge including, but not limited to, handling bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in the QuickBooks program
-Payroll, quarterly reports
-Federal and State Bids / GSA reporting

Background check and drug screening required

Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Casual attire is acceptable.
Compensation is based on qualifications.
Position is eligible for benefits and bonuses.
