Espresso Partners, a leading provider of espresso and coffee equipment service and sales, is looking for an experienced bookkeeping manager and general administrative assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys a high degree of autonomy, ownership in tasks, and takes pride in their work. The main focus on the role would be in maintaining accounts payable, sales tax, running payroll, reconciling books for multiple entities. The administrative function would be in directly supporting the President in email management, scheduling, and managing strategic projects to strengthen processes and systems in the company.
Successful candidates will have a track record of:
*Being Highly organized.
*Very Detail oriented.
*A Team Player
*Possessing a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
*Excellent communication skills
*History or getting things done and managing projects to tight deadlines
*Have 5-7 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping in Quickbooks or similar system.
*Enjoying competing/achieving at a high level.
