We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Purchasing Department. This person will be responsible for assisting our President and buying team with any administrative duties including running reports in Excel and issuing purchasing orders.
The ideal candidate will be high energy, be able to deal with tight deadlines, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent computer skills with Excel and Outlook are a must!! Exerience with Access is a plus. Must have a minimum of 3 years Administrative Assistant experience preferably with an executive level team.
This position has the potential of growing into the role of a buyer.
