Our company is a high energy, team-oriented, multi-national sales and marketing organization of consumer products in the home dcor and garden markets. We partner with European companies to source and sell products to U.S., Canadian, and South American retailers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Support / Customer Service individual to join our team in this high-visibility role providing support to all major accounts of our growing business. This role will be responsible for building relationships with customers throughout our business by providing excellent customer service and managing all facets of the sales order process for our fast-paced business.

Manage all sales orders for key wholesale accounts
Collaborate with Sales Managers in managing effective and timely flow of all orders
Responsible for managing workflow and finalizing all orders; paying close attention to order timelines, deadlines, inventory, pricing and reporting, etc.
Process B2B and B2C orders on a daily basis through EDI, phone, email, fax or third party online portals
Develop and understand logistics of importing containers from overseas as it pertains to backorder fulfillment and provide updates to key accounts as requested
Provide additional support as needed

Provide excellent customer service by answering and redirecting incoming phone calls relating to various businesses at our company
Effectively troubleshoot with customers and ecommerce manager on customer related issues and problem solving ideas
Advise and educate customers on product assortment, installation and general product information
Responsible for all ecommerce customer interactions: phone, email, order processing
Manage product returns and backorder processes
Collaborate on order entry and data entry pertaining to inventory, sales order processes and ecommerce operations

3-5 years customer service in account support/management role
2-3 years experience with order entry workflow and sales order processing
A team player with a great attitude and desire to learn (this is important!)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with MS Office; especially Excel and Outlook
Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)/SalesPad experience a PLUS
Must be very detailed oriented & be able to handle multiple tasks at once
