The right candidate for the Project Manager Assistant will play an important role in Vercon's continued growth and success.
Mission of Role
To perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions. To provide accounting expertise in the advancement of company accounting and financial reporting systems.

Key Job Responsibilities
Assist project management team in daily project maintenance tasks
Process and monitor project paperwork to ensure compliance
Prepare project closeout manuals
Manage general office functions
Provide general office support to project managers and company management
Experience in the Construction Industry
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
