Southwest Outdoor Advertising is searching for a full time office manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

-Client/Business Invoicing
-Filing and Organizing
-Entering Contracts into QB
-Customer Communications (phone reception/email)
-Office Errands
-Proofreading/Draft review
-Past Due Collections

Skills:
-MS Office Suite
-Quickbooks & Excel is a MUST
-Photoshop is not required but a huge plus

Hours:
Weekdays 9 - 5

Compensation:
DOQ

Workplace is a quiet, family office. Self-reliance, focus, and ability to manage one's schedule is key.
