National Life Group is seeking articulate, customer service oriented, flexible individuals for its New Business department in Dallas, Texas.
The primary responsibilities of this position include receiving incoming applications for annuity contracts; reviewing the case for outstanding information, forms or other required documentation; and processing the case to final issue. Should posses the ability to work in a high volume environment and handle escalated customer issues. Supports and communicates business goals, quality standards, policies and procedures. Other duties include but are not limited to:
Receive and process incoming imaged applications for annuity policies; build the policy record on the mainframe system;
Screen cases to determine if outstanding information is required
Follow up with field associates via email or phone to obtain requirements, and update the master record
Process final issue and provide instructions for policy assembly and forms on delivery
Recommends policies and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of the delivery of services to our agents, Policy owners, and internal customers
Ability to thoroughly analyze situations and make good decisions using sound business justification for decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication

This position requires candidate to maintain high degree of confidentiality.
College degree or equivalent years of experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to meet established deadlines
Results oriented, learn quickly and able to make sound decisions
