Antera Software USA is seeking a cheerful, hardworking, person with a can-do attitude to assist managers in a growing company with customer service, accounting, and phone communication in our Plano office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Email communication
Calendar management
Basic accounting
Answering Phones
Customer service
Sales support
Social Network Management
Setting Appointments for B2B sales
Job Estimating

Skills Required
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Highly detailed self-starter
Must be a problem solver
Conflict resolution skills
knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks
Fast Learner for a new scheduling software
Strong multi-tasker
3+ years work experience

Salary range is $12 to $15 per hour, but willing to consider higher numbers based upon the right individual, and bonuses and advancement are available. Benefits will be made available after the first 90 days.

A strong work ethic, decisiveness, and the ability to rapidly grasp a complex process and lots of information are needed in this position.

You should be a clear, concise communicator, a passion for the customer and the ability to think, prioritize and make good decisions.

Position is available for immediate hire. 40 hours per week and opportunities for overtime. Some weekend work may be required from time to time.
