Position starts at $9/ hour, but negotiable base on experience and added value.

The applicant will complete all of the following duties:

Scheduling appointments from inbound calls and inserting into Outlook calendar
Some outbound calling to reschedule appointments
Some dictation for emails and meeting notes
Perform comparison of vendors
Assist customers via phone and email
Inserting brochures into folders
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, trainings and travel arrangements
Maintain electronic and hard copy office files and documents
General clerical duties: copying, faxing, filing, and mailing

Skills and competences needed for this position:

Must Have Reliable Transportation
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Bachelors' degree preferable
Must have great phone etiquette
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Work, Excel, Power point, Access, Outlook)
Creative
Ability to solve problems
Results oriented
Must have great communication skills
Punctual
Complete weekly reports on spreadsheets
Highly organized in managing tasks and timeline
Able to professionally represent P & C in all communications and relationships
