Almega Group is a 14 year old diversified financial services firm located in West Plano. Through various company entities and DBA's, we provide many different financial products and services including Investments, Life Insurance, Annuities, Tax Preparation, Mortgages, College Funding services and Financial Planning. We provide a small "family" feel type environment with minimal corporate politics.
Primary job functions: Completion of Investment, Insurance and Annuity sales paperwork and administration of College Funding Services.
Other job duties: General office admin functions like filing, scanning and maintain client/prospect computer databases, assisting with seminar and marketing packets, etc..
Experience/Skills Required: High attention to Detail, Organized and Systematic. Prefer someone who has experience working with Financial Planners, Insurance Agents and/or Tax Prep offices. High degree of understanding about financial matters and terms is a must. Must have good communication skills and able to relate well with clients.
