Project Coordinator: Provide administrative support for field and office construction operations.
Responsible for writing/issuing subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
Make collection calls/emails weekly/daily based on status of existing Accounts Receivable construction accounts.
Submit monthly owner billing, change orders.
Track company change order process
Manage request for information, track submittals, and field reports.
Complete waivers and other forms as required under the contract with the general contractor. This includes bills paid affidavits, conditional waivers and supplier C2 forms.
Issued collection and distribution of close-out documents.
Review subcontractor contracts, insurance and monthly billings insuring all contractual requirements were being met.
Responsible for writing/issuing documentation including contracts, monthly billing, change orders, RFI's, tracking submittals, field reports, and closeout documents.
Monitor subcontractors and suppliers financial obligation.
Assist in the day to day field and office project operations.
Create job books for field foreman as new jobs are awarded
Construction industry experience required.
Prior Project Coordinator/Accountant experience required.
Must be able to read and comprehend construction contracts/changes/AIA documents and waivers.
Proficient with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
