* Liaison between corporate office and our franchise
* Inventory Management using Microsoft RMS and Excel
* Creating Items
* Adjusting counts reported by store employees
* Breaking down kits in the system
* General administrative duties
* Assist in answering multi-line phone system
* Customer service
* Enter in orders for delivery

* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong work ethic, able to work independently and as a team
* High level of organizational skills
* Exceptional time management skills
* Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* General Office Equipment
* Working knowledge of inventory
* Ability to think outside the box
