We are a growing General Construction company located in Grapevine, working on Residential and Commercial construction projects. To keep up with the year-over-year growth we are experiencing, we are looking to add to our team with an experienced Sales Coordinator to help oversee administrative needs, new-hire onboarding, electronic documentation organization, and some bookkeeping. The goal is that this person will grow with our company as we continue to grow.

This position is critical to the ongoing success of our company. As such, the ideal candidate will meet or exceed the following list of requirements.

+ Must be highly detail-oriented, organized and administratively focused
+ Must have outgoing, pleasant, professional demeanor
+ Excellent attention to detail and follow through
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ You must be literate with mobile technology such as iPhones, iPads, Tablet devices, etc.
+ Understanding of Dropbox and/or cloud based storage practices
+ Ability to work independently while performing regular daily assignments
+ Wisdom to ask for guidance when needed
+ Flexibility to accept unscheduled projects and multi-task
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to answer phones and greet clients
+ Must be discreet and regard all client data as confidential
+ Must have dependable transportation and be a non-smoker
+ Business hours M-F, 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime

Our offices are modern, stylish, and comfortable. We provide complimentary snacks, beverages, and espresso to all employees. Depending on experience, the salary range for this position is $24-30k/yr DOE. The first 90 days of employment are probationary as a 1099 employee. This position is also given a generous 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year.
