SBARRO is now hiring enthusiastic and outgoing Shift Supervisors in Naples, Ft Myers and Port Charlotte markets!
As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist in culinary functions and operational matters, and build sales and profits for your restaurant. You will also pitch in alongside your team to make food in the kitchen and serve guests in the front of the house as needed.
Supervising restaurant Team Members including Cooks, Cashiers, and Servers
Assist in training and coaching Team Members
Delivering exceptional service and hospitality
Ensuring that all quality and health/safety requirements are met in accordance with federal, state and local standards
Assist with profit & loss management through cash control/security procedure, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reports
Ensuring that all food products and guest relations are consistently executed
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, impeccable integrity and a strong work ethic are vital to this role along with flexibility and willingness to adapt, since your responsibilities will range from growing sales to preparing food.
We are looking for 1-year experience as a Team Leader in the service industry, previous restaurant experience a plus. Experience with computers as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Education -- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
