Maple Star Oregon is collecting resumes for a potential new service array in Umatilla, Morrow, and Union Counties. The services delivered will be for Healthy Families Oregon and include several potentially open positions including:
HFO Program Manager: Responsible for the day to day, hands-on management of the HFO program and are involved in program planning, budgeting, staffing, training/service, program evaluation, and office management. Will directly supervise HFO Supervisors. Requires a Master's Degree in public health or human services administration or fields related to working with children and families or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Program management/supervision experience required.
HFO Program Supervisor: Responsible for providing ongoing, effective, accountable, clinical, and reflective supervision for up to six HFO Home Visitors. Assists Home Visitors to support families in developing realistic and effective support plans. Requires a Master's degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families of a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Experience supervising staff required.
HFO Home Visitor: Responsible for working with qualifying families in their home setting to enhance family functioning, improve the family's support system, teach problem solving skills, support healthy child growth and development, and promote positive parent-child relationships. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, however preference will be given to candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Preference will be given to applicants with lived experience.
HFO Eligibility Screener: Responsible for networking with community providers and conducting assessments of consenting families to identify families at risk of poor child outcomes. Screeners review and evaluate assessments to determine eligibility and service needs, and refer families to the appropriate resources. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED with preference given to applicants with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
HFO Data Support Specialist: Responsible for assisting with the monitoring, collection, and entry of data related to screening, acceptance, utilization, program effectiveness, and progress toward identified performance outcomes. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma with preference given to applicants with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
