Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school that teaches children ages 3 months through adult how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate people of all ages to be safer and learn proper swimming technique. With 8 established swim schools across California and Denver, Waterworks Aquatics is the largest provider of swim lessons in the state. We've been awarded "Best Swim Classes" by the readers of Parenting OC Magazine for six consecutive years! We are rapidly growing with over a dozen new locations set to open in the spring of 2015.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous management experience is required and must be listed on application.
Must be energetic, outgoing, motivated, and have a positive attitude.
Must be passionate about working with families.
Must be open to both giving and receiving feedback.
Must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Providing an exceptional customer experience by being on the floor.
Developing a positive and productive work culture by working hand in hand with our team members.
Managing the daily operations in the office.
