Independent recruiting company has too many job openings to handle on our own.
I am seeking someone to help me source and do a quick phone/email screen of candidates for mostly nursing positions (ER, ICU. OR, Med).
All I am expecting the recruiter to do is to source and identify possible candidates using their own job boards or other recruiting resources, contact the candidates, do a brief phone screen, and then forward the candidates resume with a completed phone screen to me. I will handle it from there.
This is a very part-time role that may take only about 0-2 hours a day or 0-10 hours a week.
Compensation is commission. The recruiter gets 50% of what I collect from my clients. Look to earn anywhere from $2,000-$4,000 per placement depending on the salary of the candidate that you place.
The ideal candidate can work independently, work at their own home/virtual office, and has access to job boards or other sources (such as LinkedIn, niche sites, etc) to identify candidates.
Only apply if you can search and find quality nursing candidates. This is the most challenging part of the role. You must have access to job boards and/or sources to find candidates. No job boards or other resources will be provided. A background in healthcare recruiting will be very helpful.
