Administrative/Customer Service representative opening with an established company in the Rochester area. Candidate MUST be bilingual in Japanese and English languages. This includes complete understanding of both languages both written and verbally; ability to translate and process information fully. The position will entail face to face customer service as well as email/phone work. Administrative skills must include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
