ACR Health is looking for an individual to fill the position of Assistant Director - Human Resources. They will assist the Director of Finance with special projects, contract fiscal management, payroll, employee benefits coordination, and financial reconciliations. They will perform a wide range of claims management (i.e. FMLA, Disability, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and Labor Law Compliance), Employee Records Management, Invoicing reconciliation and Benefit/Enrollment/Training seminars. This individual must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
They will routinely schedule and administer new employee orientations. They will perform all HR record keeping and data entry into the ADP system, and perform all duties related to payroll preparation, processing, and verification. They will maintain payroll staff by recruiting, selection, orienting and training employees. They will update Employee Handbook policies and procedures. They will maintain continuous contact with ADP Payroll Support Services to provide enhanced human resources services to ACR Health Employees.
Qualifications: 4 year degree or related experience with Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or Human Resources; Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills; Ability to multitask and work independently; Exceptional mathematical skills and a strong commitment to the goals of ACR Health. A proactive self-starter that is able to manage multiple projects.
