Part-Time Position for Construction Office Clerical Assistant
This is a challenging and interesting opportunity in a busy construction company assisting with construction computer work, paperwork, customer contact as required, and assisting with the day-to-day coordination of new and ongoing construction projects as directed by the owner of the company.
1.Experience in a construction office a plus.
2.Ability to work both online and offline as needed.
3.Excellent knowledge in a variety of office computer programs such as Word, Excel, Sketch, Outlook, Adobe and others.
4.Ability to take direction and work independently to see tasks to a successful conclusion following guidelines.
5.Flexible hours in Northbrook office.
6.Must have own reliable transportation.
Duties will include:
1.Prepare documents for permits including having plans printed when necessary.
2.Scheduling and managing appointments for owner.
3.Calling clients as needed.
4.Preparing proposals and invoices as needed.
