Position Summary: This position responsibilities include preparing fresh fruits and vegetables for daily salad bar offerings. Follows all Health Department and Sodexo standards for food safety and customer service. Maintains production records. Records food production and service temperatures. Breakdown salad bar after service. Cleans and sanitizes work station, production equipment, and salad bar. Typical knowledge and skills: Applies basic skills using tools appropriate for the position. Ability to communicate effectively and receive information in a manner easily understood by fellow employees and customers.
