**You MUST be available every weekend, holidays, and fill-in as needed.**

We are a very busy 175 person real estate office and are in need of a reliable, cheery, positive person to answer our phones, assist realtors, and clients.

This position will require you to be available every weekend, Saturday 9:00 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., holidays if we are open, and fill-in as needed (typically the occasional Monday -- Friday lunch coverage or 1-3 hours in the morning or afternoon).

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer phone properly with warmth and friendliness.
Properly route phone calls.
Greet everyone with a smile, be positive, and cheerful.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Maintain appearance of reception, common, and kitchen areas.
Enter showings into ShowingDesk accurately and timely.
Assist and tend to the Agents professionally and efficiently.
Provide support and assist the entire management team on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the office.

You must be self-sufficient, a self starter, efficient, consistent, and be able to work individually or with a team. Attention to detail and follow through is imperative. This is a high demanding, high energy office with many different personalities to cope with on a daily basis. You must have advanced skills with Microsoft Office and be able to juggle many job responsibilities.

Real estate experience not required but a plus. Pay is $10.00/Hour, non-negotiable.
