Fortune 500 Company needs Call Center agents to take inbound calls for their Pharmacy. Temp to hire position in six months. Agent will assist Pharmacy orders and act as liaison between customer and Pharmacist. Schedule is 25 hours to start with ability to pick up extra hours and/or a full time schedule after training. Must be able to adhere to Call Centers metrics and attendance policies.

*Call Center experience is helpful but not required
*Pharmacy and/or grocery experience a plus
*Must be have basic computer knowledge with ability to navigate multiple screens
*Ability to adhere to attendance policy
*Must be able to attend training starting September 8th for two weeks Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm without missing any time
*Must have reliable transportation
*Casual business attire
*Call Center will be relocating from Hamilton to Blue Ash in October/November
* Must be able to work one scheduled weekend day per week
*Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test

Working hours: Morning, afternoon and evening available
