CEO seeks a PART-TIME personal assistant. This is a 20-25 hours/week position in Santa Monica.
Personal Assistant duties include but are not limited to: daily light housekeeping, getting meals and snacks, vehicle management, food shopping, general errand running, day-to-day maintenance and support.
Candidates must be energetic, motivated, detail-oriented, have excellent communication, foresight and organizational skills. This is a demanding position and you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to free up time for our CEO. Previous assistant experience required. You must love dogs, live on the Westside and have your own vehicle.
