Real Estate Management Company seeking part-time employment. Internship can be accommodated.

Approximately 5-10 hours per week. We are flexible with days and hours. This can also be used as a college internship. MUST be close to Waterford, Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake, and West Bloomfield areas.

This person will assist the manager and owner with administrative support.

Responsibilities/Duties
? Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and forward all calls to appropriate person
? In charge of ordering office supplies and maintaining office
? Handling of all correspondence/appropriate filing
? Managing of Calendar: Meetings, Court, Partners, Personal
? Communicate and follow up with contractors
? Running errands

Skills Required
? Good command of English language (both verbal and written form)
? Administrative Skills
? Excellent people and problem solving skills
? Familiarity with general office procedures and office machines
? Ability to provide great customer service and maintain an upbeat attitude
? Flexibility
? Effective time management
? Extremely detail oriented
? Familiarity with dictation process
? Proficient in MS Word and Excel
? Internet Proficiency
? Real Estate or Property Management is preferred, but not required

Compensation: hourly negotiable.
