Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

With branch offices across the U.S., CWC supplies a full line of packaging, strapping, safety, cordage and janitorial products.
We are currently searching for the right person to join our team. The candidate must be detail oriented, have an inside sales/customer service background and experience and be excited about contributing to our team. A packaging background would be very helpful as well. We are an energetic group who love what we do, and we want you to feel the same way.
As a CWC Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors on the phone and in person. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will proactively initiate sales opportunities to existing and prospective customers, provide support to our outside sales staff and work as part of a team to handle the day to day operations of a busy sales office.
Self-motivation and the ability to excel with minimum supervision.
Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills.
Computer Experience including working knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of Prophet 21/Acclaim.
Ability to "multi-task" in busy sales office is essential.
A pleasant phone voice and an easy going personality.
Inside sales experience in a similar or related industry
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurability.
Preference (Not Required):Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years work experience.
