Our client is the national leader in the pre-engineered building industry for over 30 years. This company is a finically solid organization, debit free for over thirty years, and has been consistently growing and expanding both their sales/branch offices and manufacturing throughout the US since 1985.
Our client currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Foreman. The selected individual will go through two (2) months of safety and corporate operations training to prepare you to be successful in your new role.
The Construction Foreman will be responsible for:
Managing a crew of 4+ individuals
Following all established safety policies (with this organization your safety is their top priority)
Manage all phases of the jobsite and assure that all jobs progress according to plan and specification.
Responsible for daily communication with management regarding project status
Requirements for the Construction Forman position include:
Prior supervisory experience in the construction industry
1.Ability to take charge of a construction crew (motivate and supervise your team)
2.Ability to read blueprints and drawings
a)Preform physical labor
b)Operate hand and power tools
e)Work comfortably from heights up to 35'
The selected individual will need to be Safety Conscious and ensure that your team members are safely preforming their job tasks. We are seeking a motivated leader who is a self-starter.
The selected individual must have:
verifiable references as to your Construction Supervision experience
a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
Ability to work in the United States indefinitely
