American Leak Detection is a fast growing, young company. We need an office manager with skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of day-to-day operations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organized! We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.

Primary Responsibilities?
* Lead by example by acting as a role model for superior customer service and consistently motivate co-workers to be customer-focused and sales driven.
* Ensure office co-workers are engaging every customer calling on the phone to clarify needs in order to provide the highest customer service levels.
* Supporting all field technicians through clear and proactive communication to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
* Achieve established company goals for planned sales and profit.
* Train, coach and mentor co-workers and the management team on American Leak Detection's values and mission.
* Take personal responsibility for the performance and results of self and supervised co-workers.

Education & Experience
* Undergraduate degree is required or comparable business management experience.
