Support the Consumer Service department by creating and analyzing reports and KPIs
Using relational databases, write queries and manipulate data using SQL Server, Spreadsheets and Tableau, problem solving skills to analyze data that results in actionable business improvement recommendations, and organize analytic findings into clear and concise written and verbal communications
Work with senior management and key stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements around their data needs and then execute report development and analytical activity to generate measurable improvement in business performance metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends using data mining algorithms and alert the management on risk and opportunity
Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts to load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in internal business systems
Perform root cause analysis on data using SQL and identify approaches to resolve
Ability to perform data validation and modeling
Take the lead in customizing reports and KPI measurement needs and refer data issues to BI developers
Provide subject matter expertise in the analysis, preparation of specifications, and plans for the development of data processes
Collect Metadata for new/modified data attributes and help to identify the ownership of these data attributes
Work with BI team to ensure end results meet business needs
Develop technical specifications, test strategies plans and scripts, data management, logical design, testing, and reporting
Work with architects and BI developers to design efficient dashboard designs in Tableau


Must possess 5+ years' experience in a hands on analytical role, with focus on Root Cause Analysis and Behavioral Analysis in analyzing business problems and making business/operational recommendations
A minimum of 3 years' related work experience involving data manipulating, data governance, query and report writing using T-SQL
3+ years' experience mining big data (SQL knowledge required) from multiple relational databases (Teradata, Oracle, MS-SQL Server)
Highly proficient in Data Analysis Tools and Report Development (Excel, Access, Tableau)
2+ years knowledge, or experience working with statistical analysis tools (SAS, R, or other)
Technical skills to manipulate and analyze data and present recommendations in a variety of formats
Must be highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and/or Access with ability to manipulate data using T-SQL
Prior consulting experience is a plus
Familiarity with finance and other spreadsheet modeling techniques for forecasting preferred
Knowledge of Contact Center Operations preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required in quantitative discipline (Computer Science/ Information Systems/Math/Statistics/Finance or other)
Basic math/statistics aptitude and well versed in creating meaningful reports and dashboards
Good understanding of end to end business processes
Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team environment
Functional knowledge of reporting/analytical databases or Data Warehouse/Marts
Understand data visualization and best practices
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


Normal office environment with moderate noise levels
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing and reaching
Ability to perform consistent PC work
