We are looking for a full charge Bookkeeper with tax preparation experience. Candidate must have good organization skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication abilities and working well with others are crucial to success in this position. Must be a self-starter and eager to learn. Qualified candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
* Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
* Expert level QuickBooks experience.
* Solid payroll and business tax capabilities are expected, including Business and Occupation tax for the state of Washington.
* Experience advising clients with their QuickBooks files and related accounting.
* CPA office experience a plus.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Federal and state tax preparation a plus, but not required.
* Experience working with government agencies to resolve client issues.
