Accounts Payable/Office Assistant/Receptionist

Commercial fishing company in Everett has a full time position available for an accounting/office assistant/receptionist.

The applicant must be a flexible, multitasking, highly organized individual that can work in a fast paced, sometimes intense working environment. You must have very good MS Excel and Word skills, be a quick learner, and be flexible enough to have hands on participation in operations support.

You need to have a minimum of 2-4 years accounting/bookkeeping experience. Experience must include A/P and payroll. An Associate's degree is preferred.
Any HR experience would be helpful as you will be backing up HR for when they are on vacation or out of the office.

Duties will also include various office responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Answering phones,
Ordering and stocking office supplies,
Monitoring cell phones, company vehicles, all office equipment
Performing other administrative tasks as required.
You will be required at times to help with picking up and shipping supplies to our Alaska plant and fishing boats, so you must have transportation.
You will be at the front of the office, so an outgoing personality is a must.

This position will report to the Controller and President of the company.

Salary 34K -- 38K annual. DOE.
