We are seeking a self-motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to make outbound calls to potential students to enroll in a nationwide driving school.

This role will call on warm leads, reach out to potential students, and grow the company's student driver base. This position is a key member of the inside sales team. This individual will be the first impression for future drivers, gather student information, and sign-up new driver students.

The perfect candidate for this role would be outgoing, proactive, and professional. This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...

Make outbound calls from leads
Screen and determine if the applicant or interested student driver meets standard requirements
Follow company policies and procedures
Meet and exceed set performance quotas of the inside the sales department

Here is what you need....

1+ year of customer service, inside sales, collections, retail or related customer experience
High-volume phone sales experience in a commission-based sales environment a plus
Computer skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time
