Manufacturers Rep/Sales Consultant

Spectra Industrial is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant and Manufacturers Rep of Hydraulic pumps, industrial chemicals, epoxies and supporting products. We are looking for qualified individuals who have worked in the field as a rep for Fastenal, Grainger or other Industrial products company. This is a career opportunity where skills, ability and a drive to "get things done" will be rewarded. You will be working business days, 7:30-4pm with no overnights, weekends or holidays. You will work independently, set your own schedules, manage customer relationships and target new prospects, all with the support and resources of Spectra Industrial. Product training will be provided along with required independent study.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently meeting weekly sales goals
Sales calling and developing new customers
Analyzing prospect needs and preparing quotes
Input and timely order entry and account information
Work closely with Sr. sales manager to optimize sales strategies
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:
Compensation is based upon previous track record and experience. Base salary ($25,000) and uncapped commissions between 30-50%, Profit Sharing and Paid Vacation after 1st year.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
A minimum of 2 years' experience required in a quota-driven B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred.
