Customer Service Office Manager

RE/MAX Professional Associates is a successful real estate company with 6 offices in Central Mass. We are currently in need of a self motivated individual to be our next Office Manager.
This is a fulltime position with growth potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong administrative support and customer service background to work in our most successful Real Estate office

Primary Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming calls, and greet clients and customers in a professional manner
*Typing and filing
*Marketing support
* Supply ordering *Perform a variety of clerical duties and special projects


*Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
*Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
*Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Publisher and PowerPoint
*Some graphic design and marketing a plus
*google and google apps for business
