If you would like to join a great team of people in a rapidly growing industry, Endless Mountains Solar Services is actively recruiting for a full-time Office Assistant & Scheduler for our Marlborough, MA office.

Duties include:
Calling our leads to schedule appointments for account managers (no cold calling)
Answering phones
Greeting clients
Data entry
Clerical duties

Computer knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Professional phone etiquette
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a permanent position.
Hours: Monday- Fri 9:00am-5:00pm.
Pay rate: $12-$14/hour based upon experience plus bonuses
