UPS Store Manager
The UPS Store is seeking a hard-working, reliable, manager for a full time position.
CA Notary Commission desirable.

The UPS Store provides:
Shipping & Packaging services
Notary Mailbox rentals and postal services
Fax Sending and Receiving
Photocopying and Document Services

Job Description:
This is a customer service managerial job. We are looking for a motivated person who is seeking a long-term job and has the ambition to grow within the position.

Customer Service in the following areas:
Process shipping activity for customers using UPS computer software system.
Process United States Postal Services activity
Provide Notary Services.
Copying on digital copiers, faxing, sorting mail, laminating, binding, stocking and store cleanup.
Must have a CA Notary License or be willing to go through training to obtain a notary public license.

Requirements:
Must have customer service experience
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
Shipping & packaging experience a plus, but not required (will train)
Must be VERY detail-oriented and computer literate (familiarity with MS Word, Excel,
Publisher)
Able to lift 50 + lbs.
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to work a varied schedule including Saturdays
