We are a local Seafood restaurant with an emphasis on fresh local products looking for an experienced chef with whom to grow. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting restaurant concept which is set for rapid growth.

With lots of room for advancement, the right candidate will possess a passion for excellence in all areas of the restaurant and work well with staff. Must also be creative and have experience in creating dishes and sourcing products.

Must have experience in leading a staff of at least 10 to 15, a great understanding of food cost, labor cost, and inventory management and ordering.

Job requirements include - sense of urgency, ability to maintain cleanliness and organization, hard working, self motivated, and Jefferson County food handlers card.
