The Data Analyst will be responsible for the development, testing and maintenance of various reports in a production environment for use in the Company CRM system. S/he will conduct full lifecycle activities to include: requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify reporting improvements. The positions primary focus is to generate reports that provides insight into business decisions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Data Analyst is responsible for the following:
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports that is easy to navigate and understand by end users
Schedule or run report generation scripts and data exports
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Develops and adheres to standards, processes and procedures to create, deploy and maintain reports
Works with business areas in the analysis of proposed and existing systems to provide access to required functionality, data and reporting solutions.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs including the dashboard development based on KPI's, maintains and distributes updates
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and "clean" data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Conducts research and makes recommendations to management
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) and Reporting Service (SSRS)
Experience with BI reporting Tools
Strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables, V-look up and macros
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven working experience as a data analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Quality control--the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance.
