CSR Level I tellers will provide quality service to internal and external members. This position is responsible for accurately processing transactions, answering questions and providing solutions to members needs. In a team environment CSR's are responsible for accurately processing a variety of transactions, balancing work daily, identifying & referring sales opportunities.
70% Process members financial transactions and assist members financial needs with product referrals.
25% Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
5% All other duties as assigned.
3 - 6 Months Cash handling experience
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Interpersonal: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Other Skills: Ten key calculator, computer keyboard by touch. Must be familiar with Windows-based PC.
Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
