Recently licensed Attorney needed to represent an experienced investor / with all legal work all year round as REALESTATE issues arise. Opportunity for a new attorney to apply skills, gain experience and learn business issues from the client. Individual representation sought & working for a law firm not offered. You must be able to work on mulitable cases at the same time and not have an excessive current case load.
Position Description:
Litigate in state and federal court against the State, Local, and Municipal
Filing misc. law suits as they happen for defense of the company
Lanlord defense / Evictions,Bankruptcy experience,Lawsuits & Disputes,Constitutional challenges.Worker Compensation Insurance.
Compose formal letters to city and county officials in reference to code violations thereof.
Drafting all contracts , leases, evictions , law suits as needed.
Advise liability exposure detriment to business in any non-compliance issues with process to attain compensation for the client.
Advise on Property Management firm of non-performance of contractual ,Leases obligations, unpaid to company, collection liens and Filed to recover funds for investor.

License to practice law in Florida , required.
Experience with property law, litigation, general law to cover all issues.
Ability to work virtually with full function electronic communications & PC literacy required. This includes but is not limited to faxing, scanning, MS Office or MS Office compatible software.
Letter of Engagement/services contract/Attorney Fees-Cost Agreement for client review.
Written Privacy Policy and written documented security protocol for client records.
