Job Description:
General accounting support responsibilities include:
Enter data into computer system using QuickBooks
Assist with other various QuickBooks tasks, including bank reconciliations and payroll processing
Answer and screen incoming calls
Receive and distribute incoming mail, and maintain outgoing mail log
Receive and direct visitors
Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, faxing and ordering supplies
Any other job related duties as requested

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Competency in QuickBooks
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must

This position has opportunity for growth. Must be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00/Full Time Only. 40 Hours per week
