Sheplers Inc. is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work at its Call Center facility located in Wichita, KS. The Sheplers call center facility handles all customer service calls for our Direct to Customer business for our Internet. So if you're seasoned Customer Service Representative looking to join a growing company, Sheplers wants to hear from you!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Communicates effectively using interpersonal skills on the telephone.
* Takes proactive approach to meet customer needs.
* Uses problem solving skills.
* Completes paperwork needed for specialized functions to follow-up on customers inquiries.
* Enter data for catalog requests and retail names.
* Investigates and processes information to complete customer orders or questions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

* 1 to 3 years prior CSR experience is preferred.
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Some college is strongly preferred.
* Strong computer skills are essential.
* Minimum typing requirements of 45wpm or more.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
* Must be detailed-oriented and able to work in fast paced call center environment.
