Growing Company in Hanover, MD needs someone who can fill in the gaps and support the CFO. This is a new position so I don't have a formal Job Description so flexibility is key. Definite requirements are Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro. The position will encompass filing, electronic filing and organization, manage our state government paperwork requirements, work with Registered Agents, Security Compliance filings, Sub-contractor compliance management, HR administration, and if time permits - AR and invoicing.
